Due to my bottom permanent retainers broke, the dentist suggested to remove the bottom permanent retainers.
After they were removed, I started calling other dental offices to see who could see me the same day in the afternoon. I found one and they accepted my dental insurance. At my visit they reevaluated my loose teeth that was noticeable after my retainers were removed. The general dentist ask if there were anything the dentist could have done to help you. I told him no, I was given instructions to make an appointment with a general dentist. All the staff were so empathetic! The professionalism was excellent. The procedure while not painless was very tolerable. My oral pain was gone after a couple of hours. I will tell all my friends how wonderful Monarch dentist is.
Staff is efficient, extremely knowledgeable and very personable. They really work hard to ensure that you are taken care of in as stress-free manner as possible; that appropriate authorizations are made to facilitate service; that insurance is well-coordinated for payments.
Dentist was thorough in exam; excellent in explanation of issues; as well as discussing & developing a plan of treatment. He was gentle, considerate and thorough in the work done. Very pleased.
