Flippin Floors Plus

My husband and I highly recommend Flippin Floors Plus. Chase, the owner, and his entire crew were respectful, prompt, reasonably priced and take obvious pride in their craftsmanship and professionalism. Sergio, Juan, & Abel were some of the contractors from Flippin Floors that helped us. They were AMAZING!

We had Chase at Flippin Floors tear out an old shower and put in a new tile shower at our home. He followed through with everything he said he would do! He also made sure to check in with us during the process to make sure we were happy and that everything was going as it was supposed to. The installer, Adrian, was a rock star! He was cheerful and did AMAZING work. We are very happy with the end product!

I would have given 5 stars for the work but the communication was less than stellar. I had set up service and then delayed it a week due to personal issues. They were supposed to start work on Monday. I texted Friday, Saturday, and finally Sunday got a reply that the service rep would contact me Monday morning and they would be starting Monday. Monday early afternoon, I contacted the office and, after expressing frustration at lack of communication was told, "If we are treated well, everything will be done by Friday." A worker came out that day and walked around the house--I think more to appease me that they had actually 'started.' They sanded/refinished living room, 3 bedrooms, and hallway. The workers worked quickly and did a thorough job. The work exceeded expectation. Several times they left the front door open and when we opened the back door to let the dogs out, the front door would slam. Although it is apparent that the frame was previously fixed, the frame again cracked. The rep said he would look into it and I never heard from him again. So as far as the work is concerned, I would highly recommend. If you don't mind the rest, go for it.
