Dr. Ngo was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and put me at ease while working on my teeth. Explained, in depth, what needed to be done. The cost was not excessive. Dr. Ngo's assistant, Destiny, was kind, caring and assisted the doctor in a very professional manner.
The office staff was friendly, professional and easy to talk with.
It was a pleasure. I took me back right away for the X-rays, then I was taken to the exam room and sat down. The doctor was through explaining everything. The very nice professional woman explained the treatment plan and cost. I left the office feeling better than when I came in.
Highly recommend this practice. Today was my first visit the dental hygienist Holly was amazing. Explained a lot of things and did an excellent cleaning. Then Dr. Joe came in looked at all my x-rays and basically said if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. I love her attitude. I appreciate not being forced into services I don’t truly need or want. Went to two other dentist in the last year, and they both gave me treatment plans when I walked out. Both were thousands of dollars.
