We heard from a friend who had used them and how happy they were. We had several large area rugs that needed cleaning as well as a travertine floor that I never thought would come clean and contemplated tearing out. They came out to give us the bid and took ours rugs back with them. A few days later they returned with our nice clean rugs and to do our floors. WOW! What a difference! They came back the next day and sealed it. Very happy with their work as well as their prices which are very reasonable. They communicated when they were coming and showed up as arranged!
