Ramsey was able to meet with us right away when we lost my mother. They were extremely well organized, ans well ans sensitive and kind with their questioning and getting everything into place for us to have the service. Kayton was wonderful.
Every detail was beautifully handled. This is a family run business and they treat your loved one with respect and dignity. I highly recommend. The one issue I had was with the volume on the recordings during the celebration of life. I think they could do a better sound check beforehand or check during the service and have an employee record it instead of having the cameras on stands. One camera’s sound was ok, the second one sounded like you were in a tunnel, and the third like it was sitting on a rattling air conditioner. They said they’d look into it for future recordings.
Brock and the entire team at Ramsey did such an incredible job assisting my sister and I in planning our mom’s service. They were very kind, understanding, and helpful. They made a very difficult time much easier and everything turned out perfectly.
