Cody designed the most beautiful pool for our family. He listened and incorporated all of the items on our wish list. Kiki managed our project with great detail. He was extremely patient with our many questions through the process. Everyone who visits comments on how beautiful a pool we have. We love it!

Premier is a solid company. Joe made us feel extremely comfortable moving forward with the contract, very relatable and always kept in touch with us beyond the sales and contract process. We had an unexpected change in project manager, but when Jack joined our project, things moved a lot faster. He is very knowledgeable and responsive. A lot of the crews were very professional, but their stone installation crew and the spray deck crew are worth calling out as amazing to work with. Their pool school/service instructor Cole was also a pleasure to work with and helped us a lot to feel confident to take on the pool owner responsibilities.

We interviewed and met with multiple builders before choosing Premier. After meeting with their designer, Jeff, there was no question about who we were going to work with. Jeff took our ideas and crafted a design that perfectly brought our vision to life.Overall, our experience with Premier was positive. However, like any construction project, there were inevitable hiccups along the way. Our main frustration was with the scheduling.
