Got 22 years out of my DE filter. It was finally time to swap it out. Pool Chem Plus are the only folks I would consider for such a job. As expected the experience was excellent. Joe had the new one running very quickly.
Pool Chem is my first choice for pool servicing. Fast and professional. Joe is amazing and taking his pool class was a big help. Can’t say enough about their knowledge and service.
I highly recommend Pool Chem Plus. They have been out to our house twice to fix issues with our pool pump. They did excellent work. In addition, during the freeze when we had issues with our pump, they were very helpful and patient with me over the phone walking me through the process of draining our pump system and again with the process of restarting the pump after the freeze was over. They were honest as well, talking me through steps I could perform myself rather than paying for a service call. I appreciate their knowledgeable staff - both over the phone and in person.
