They responded immediately, made us a priority in an already busy day. They fit us in their schedule, diagnosed and fixed the issue, then fixed the reason our blower motor quit in the first place. I’m giving Miller Climate a 5 star review for 2 reasons. Reason 1) I was able to schedule my own appointment online, over the weekend without talking to any one “after hours”. Luckily for me I was still able to schedule service for the next day! Reason 2) The technician communicated with me prior to arrival and arrived within the time window originally sent at the beginning of the day. Thank you MC for the great customer service! I’ll recommend and continue to use you in the future.
Chris and his installation crew were absolutely stellar in every aspect of our new Lennox HVAC system. Being a technical person myself, I had lots of questions on the available products. Chris was so patient and kind in feeding me all I ask for. Extremely flexible in scheduling of install and close out of project. Crew was very conscious of our home, even when cutting in new ceiling return registers. Could not have went any better on day of install. You will not be disappointed in giving Miller Climate Control a chance to earn your business. Chris is just a straight shooter to say it modestly.
