From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with friendly faces who know you by name and genuinely care about their members. The studio is spotless every single time I’m there. Today I went in for my first free session, and absolutely loved it! As soon as I walked in, Avery greeted me, she was super kind and very informative with the whole experience. I did the Pilates one for my first session today, and absolutely loved it. You can really make it your own to cater how comfortable you feel with the workouts, but the videos definitely do push you!! I ended up getting a membership, and felt super informed and comfortable With the terms. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!
I love this place! I’ve been a member for I think shy of a year and I have plans of staying:) Lisa runs a tight ship!! This place is clean, friendly, and now it smells like home lol
My back went out about a year and a half ago and this place has been a great addition as I had to cancel my regular gym membership. This place has been a life saver.
