However, how wrong was I to think that! I've been coming here since 2023, and I absolutely love the concept and not only everything I get from the workouts but the proximity to home, the convenience of the times, and that's open 24/7 You just can't get better than this! Plus, the infrared sauna has been reported to stimulate your growth hormone, which is super beneficial for everyone. I really liked trying all the workouts, and sweating is such a plus.
