I've been going to Hard Part Parlour for well over a year now and Shannen has always been an incredible barber and has treated not just as a client, but also as a friend. Shannen has always been respectful of my time and from the first visit she has exemplified professionalism, and takes extra care to ensure I am always looking my best. Even though I have a demanding travel schedule, Shannen oftem times goes out of her way to keep me looking professional and am maintaining my preferred haircut schedule. Shannen has cut both mine and my father's hair for many years now. She is a wonderful human with an incredible talent. She listens and executes exactly what you're looking for, with many spa inspired options such as warm towels, shampoo & conditioning, and beard trimming just to name a few. I've paid significantly more for a worse haircut at other places before I found Shannen, and won't be going anywhere else as long as I live in Central Texas.
