Everything was exceptional! From the very first greeting, the entire staff was friendly and professional. The vet tech took all the time in the world with us and my dog loved her. She answered my 423 questions about meds for heartworm, fleas, and ticks with patience and many options.
The vet was so sweet with my pup, who got nervous. The vet sat on the floor with my dog and gave my dog time to get comfortable. Then she took her time diagnosing the problem. As far as treatment, she didn’t try to throw the entire kitchen sink at my dog‘s ear problem even though I opened the door to it. I was very motivated to find relief for this pup, who is new to me. Excellent, caring vets and staff. We have gone there since our dog was just a puppy and the staff is so friendly and very caring. They are very thorough with her examination. We appreciate them so much.
Front office staff are friendly and efficient, the Vet Techs are thorough and responsive, and Dr. Theresa Sheih is wonderful; she listens, she’s gentle yet thorough with my dogs, and comprehensive in examination, diagnosis and follow up. Service just doesn’t get any better. They are a bit pricey, but I accept that given the great service.
