We, my two tiny male dogs and I, are new to the area. I chose Castlerock Pet Hospital due to the website and comments on the reviews. We had an introductory appointment the next day with Dr. House.
I was impressed with the staff, Ray the technician and Dr. House. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, as are the people.
My youngest was set up for neutering in two days. He did great during and after surgery. Excellent patient care all the way around.
I definitely recommend this group.
The doctors, technicians and staff are all wonderful. They are knowledgeable, experienced, friendly and compassionate. They take their time, listen to concerns and questions and thoroughly address them.
I find Dr Hoff very caring and responsive to questions I have as a new cat owner. We had a new symptom pop up that was unsettling, and they made an early morning appt available, so Milo could be seen the same day. That meant a lot to me! Also I have had great experiences with several of the very kind vet techs there. I have some physical issues making carrying my cat in his carrier difficult, and they always offer to help. My experiences with the practice have all been positive!
