I had an appointment scheduled for 10 AM and even called the day before to confirm it. When I arrived, I was told it had been canceled because the nurse was out. The office claimed they attempted to contact me, but they were using an outdated phone number, so I never received any calls or texts.
What made the experience worse was how it was handled at the front desk. The staff member (Barbara) was dismissive and not helpful when explaining the situation, and there was no real effort to acknowledge the inconvenience or offer a solution.
This was a frustrating experience and a waste of my time. I hope the office improves both communication and customer service moving forward.

Highly recommend this wellness weight loss clinic very knowledgeable staff they said if I follow what they recommend for food a long with appetite, a present meds I would loos weight in a month yes, they were right on!!! Thank you so much I can fit back in my size 4 clothing.

Nadia is awesome and very knowledgeable, sweet, and beautiful. She is the sweetest and makes you feel so comfortable. Love the variety of services offered and how they have made it affordable for anyone to look and feel amazing. The only small thing I would suggest is to not rush through the service(s). If I am on lunch break and have to sit and wait for 30 minutes, I don't want to feel like I am in and out in less than 10 min. Every service should feel just as important and not just the next person in the chair. Otherwise, I definitely will continue to use their services.

This is one of the best med-spa clinics in the area. The main female Dr. is very friendly, explains everything, makes you feel at ease. She is quick and efficient, but not rushed. Truly an advocate for women and our glow up needs! I love that the care here is consistent as well!

I cannot say enough great things about Nadia and her team! I was desperate for help after having a hysterectomy at 33 and suffering for a year and a half with my hormones. My drs and surgeon dismissed me. Had me taking anti depressants and Xanax when all I needed was hormone replacement. A lovely client recommended I reach out to Nadia because she’s helped her also. Im so glad she did! I saw Nadia, she listened to me, made me feel seen and heard, set up a game plan and ran bloodwork. A week later, I had my next appointment to start the actual Hormone replacement therapy! LET ME TELL YOU! It’s been 9 days and I feel SO MUCH BETTER! By day 5, my libido was back, the sensitivity I didn’t even know I lost came back in full force and I feel like I’m me again! I’m sleeping better, not waking up at all at night again and the hot flashes are completely gone!! Thank you so much Nadia!!! You have changed my life for the better!

I saw Nadia yesterday for the first time and I am so glad I did. Her and her staff were amazing, kind, informative and very supportive of me looking for help after suffering through surgical menopause symptoms for a year and a half.
