I can’t believe what a great experience I had here today considering they stuck a scope up my nose and I was in office because I don’t feel very good! I showed up very early but brought my work laptop to stay busy until my appointment time. Imagine my surprise when I was brought back 40 minutes early and actually seen by the doctor—unheard of these days. Dr Franklin is the best, straight shooter no BS which is rare to find these days. Explains everything all details multiple times if need be so you understand. I moved from California and needed sinus surgery and I’m glad I waited because he was awesome. Has 20 years of experience under his belt and it shows.
