We were referred to Dr. Franklin by another great Dr. and our first experience was wonderful! Dr. Franklin was professional, polite, friendly, funny, gentle and explained everything so well. He talked to our daughter, asked her about her interests, asked if she had any questions and really made her feel included in the visit. He made sure my daughter and I understood the next steps before leaving the office. She felt very comfortable and liked him. The entire staff was extremely friendly and made sure we reached out if we had any questions.
