I have known Lee for almost 10 years and my husband has known him even longer. Our situation wasn’t an emergency yet but our 25 year old unit was on it’s last legs. We called him on a Thursday night when he was out of town with his family and got an immediate answer. We were in the middle of a 100 degree plus heat wave and we would have had to wait forever with anybody else during this busy time, but with Lee we had a new AC within the week. Amazing experience with them!! Our HVAC system of course went out over a weekend and was told by my regular people they weren’t working that weekend and to find someone else. They didn’t give me any options or references that they recommended, so I called Climate Control. Lee was actually out of town as well but said, I’ll call my on call person and get someone out there soon to help. An hour later we were back up with an appt to follow up to get a permanent fix when Lee got back in town. I totally respect this, they helped get my system up and then followed up with an affordable option to help keep it running efficiently. Thanks Lee!!!
