We had a leak from the toilet because of an improper flange installation 2 years ago. Water seeped under the tile into the wall rotting out the baseboard and resulting in mold within the wall.I was referred to Capitol Renovations by a plumber. I contacted Fred who came to the house, assessed the problem, and got right to work. He was honest and answered all questions with common sense solutions.He fixed the baseboard and mitigated the mold. We are very satisfied with his work and reasonable charges. Capital Renovation was just what I was looking for. Local, straight forward, &punctual ! The finished bathroom was just as I asked. The job was completed at the time I was told it would be. Mr. Dalton always showed up when he said he would. Price was more than fair considering the scope of the remodle.I would recommend this company to my friends as well as my family!
