Bryan Maloy is exceptionally knowledgable! He's taken care of our heat and a/c needs since 2016. He's also a thoughtful, kind man. He's the only heat and air repair or install you'll ever need.
Brian came to our house and did a service on our dual AC system. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He showed me piece by piece, what he was looking at, why, and what he was looking for. He explained how the Systems worked and why he made the small, but meaningful recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the Systems. I felt comfortable asking questions throughout his entire visit and he was kind and patient with me. When our AC failed a neighbor recommended a company they used. A full service company that does everything including yard and insect control. When the technician came out he told us our motor failed and needed replaced. This was an expensive repair. We then called Bryan who originally installed our system. Long story short the motor was not bad but the over flow was blocked and shut down the system. He then said that the high voltage line to the motor was disconnected. Bryan reconnected it and cleaned out the overflow line and the system started right up. Bryan is honest and I highly recommend him for any HVAC work.
