Platinum RV is top notch. When our RV was manufactured they put in 2 ac units and only one had a thermostat. The bedroom only had the ac unit that just dumped air from the ac unit. No vents and no thermostat to control it. We only had ceiling controls and couldn’t adjust the temp. It was either turning it off or have the loud noise and too much heat or cold air for the small bedroom.
Kevin and Chris were able to not only put in a convenient thermostat, but made the ac unit a lot quieter. They also put in duct work and a new vent.
Now we can control the temp and choose to run one or both ac units!

Kevin is a skilled craftsman. He’s done work for me over a decade with no issues requiring any repairs to his work. Finally he came out broke down the Rv took it back to his shop and sold it on consignment in just 3 days. Absolutely would recommend.
I came in to find out more about RVs and WOW! Shae assisted us and gave us a lot of details. We haven't visited a shop with a helpful salesperson in a while. I will definitely be back.
