“Platinum RV is top notch. When our RV was manufactured they put in 2 ac units and only one had a thermostat. The bedroom only had the ac unit that just dumped air from the ac unit. No vents and no thermostat to control it. We only had ceiling controls and couldn’t adjust the temp. It was either turning it off or have the loud noise and too much heat or cold air for the small bedroom.
Kevin and Chris were able to not only put in a convenient thermostat, but made the ac unit a lot quieter. They also put in duct work and a new vent.
Now we can control the temp and choose to run one or both ac units!
Thanks to Shea for helping us get all of this work scheduled flawlessly and to Kevin and Chris for retrofitting what the manufacturer cut corners on. The price was reasonable and we will definitely be back when we have any rv issues. We live in Austin and it’s worth it to finally find a reputable RV repair team!”
