“Let’s face it….when you “need” a plumber it’s not normally planned or good. My kitchen sink unexpectedly stopped draining. Calling around to find a plumber was daunting until Mid-Tex answered the phone. They were able to get to me within 24 hours. They were super polite and communicated well on the day of service so I would know when they would be arriving. They were friendly, conscientious about troubleshooting my problem and fixed it all with a smile and fun conversation. I’d definitely call them again but hoping I won’t need to anytime soon.”
