I’ve had this bracelet for nearly 20 years. I’ve worn it every day to the point the gold on the clasp was paper thin. They took care of it by adding gold to the clasp as I wanted vs. most other jewelers just wanting to put on a new clasp. No place else I’d trust to repair my jewelry.
