This nail salon is a solid 3. My friend and I went to get a pedicure. My technician was quick with my pedicure and her technician took VERY LONG for the same exact service. Now, I would have liked my technician to take her time, especially with the massage, but she didn't. Also the quality of my toes was great, like chef's kiss. My toes looked cute, but my friend's was just ok. So it's an enhhh for me.Other reviews mention that it depends on who you get and I agree.Service: Pedicure

I switched nail spas and have been here twice now. My nail specialist has been very good but the service is pricey for a nex gen mani & pedi: $90 without the tip. I don't mind paying that if the nails are done right, and they are. It's the ambiance that needs to be corrected. It's noisy and the staff are unkind. I go to a nail bar expecting to relax, but the ladies are talking so loud it's not possible to relax. There are too many nail stations and when the salon is packed, the noise level is uncomfortable. The screen is on a loud channel. A customer took a call on her cell phone without using head sets and we had to listen to her ranting for 40 minutes. The nail specialist...read full review
