I've been a loyal customer for 2 years and I've always got a plain cut. Then some new hairstylist decided to wash my hair without letting me know there's an additional charge for the wash ($3 extra). Needless to say, I haven't gone back ever since.
Had a great experience. I am very particular with how my hair is done and my hair is actually difficult to cut cause it has a mind of its own but they took the time and was able to tame it. Will always come back.
