About Life Time
Life Time is an athletic country club that offers a wide range of amenities and services. The expansive fitness floor features unlimited studio classes, basketball courts, and state-of-the-art equipment. Members can enjoy eucalyptus steam rooms, indoor and outdoor pools, and a large outdoor waterpark during the summer. The facility is very clean and constantly improving, with recent repairs and construction of the steam room. The gym has a family-friendly atmosphere, with private showers, lounge areas, and a kids club where children can have a great time. The staff, including trainers and managers, are friendly, professional, and go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. The facility opens early at 4 am on weekdays, which is a major plus for many members. Overall, Life Time provides a fantastic and well-rounded fitness experience, with a modern feel despite its longstanding presence.

From the very beginning, Wayne has made my family and me feel welcome. He was the first person we met. I would highly recommend this facility! Everything is clean and bright. Staff are energetic and eager to share their knowledge. The GM, Alecia answered all of my questions. She was very helpful and welcoming, even taking me on a tour of the entire gym and sharing information about equipment, classes, and amenities along the way. Regardless of your fitness and wellness priorities, this Life Time offers more than enough equipment, a full spa, indoor/outdoor pool, as well as hot tubs and steam rooms, even a fantastic cafe!
Love this place! Lifetime Fitness in Garland is a beautiful, high-end fitness facility with everything you need to reach your health and fitness goals. It offers a wide variety of workout programs, excellent amenities, and a beautiful aquatic center.
This location is very well managed. The staff and trainers are top-notch, and it shows in their friendliness, professionalism and support tailored to your individual needs. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well maintained.
