We've consistently worked with Ryan for the last several years for different flooring needs. Ryan has always shown a genuine interest in making sure that we had good experiences. Ryan is very friendly, polite, and trustworthy. He's good about returning calls, responding to text messages, and email. The overall process is straight-forward from start to finish. The men doing the actual flooring removal and replacement work do a great job as well. Ryan would be our first choice for any flooring needs in the future.

Ryan at Dobson Flooring was able to get my flooring within a week. I was doing a remodel of my kitchen and was in need of additional flooring of the flooring that I put down 7 years prior. My flooring was discontinued by congoleum. I tried to find it online and with many different stores. Ryan found it the day I called Dobson Flooring. Thank Ryan for all of your help!! A++

We had a wonderful experience with Dobson Floors and we're super lucky that we decided to check out their new showroom based on proximity to home. Smallish project - replacing the carpet in the master bedroom and closets, but Ryan treated us like we were his biggest customer. He spent a lot of time in the showroom going through our options and the differences in the carpets. We went through a few color choices and he sent us home with a lot of samples to try out in the space.
After we made our decision, he had the carpet ordered the same day and on it's way from Georgia. He was ready to install the following week, and we had an date set.... read full review
