“The staff is very professional and they explain my costs for treatment. They make scheduling easy and they will send me appointment reminders. They are always nice when I call them and ask questions. I trust the dentists when they tell me things about my teeth. The only small down side is the parking lot is a bit small and so you need to make sure you arrive early in case there is not a space available. It is only full during the busiest of times; it has never been a problem to find a parking spot for me personally.“

Update. Had my first bit of dental work done here today. I've had an extraction done today. Nothing is pleasant about that. But as much anxiety as I have about going to the dentist was put at ease by my dentist. The front office has been nothing but pleasant as well in my first 2 visits. Definitely recommend and will be back. Gotta get my mouth back in order!“

“Got an appointment for exams and cleaning but couldn't make it due to my travel matter so I literally have not tried the service yet but I leave this review for Kiều ( the front dest receptionist). I ve been in DFW area for more than 31 years and had been in lot of Dental Offices but this is the most welcomed and nice atmosphere office by far , the reason I think came from the young girl named above, She was really sweet and nice , very helpful , got a positive spirit , ton of energy and top it off with a beautiful face and gorgeous smile . I am so impressed with her influence Vietnamese, (with Saigon's accent which I haven't heard for awhile in Texas ), this is really help for those elderly Vietnamese around the neighborhood .I highly recommend this places for everyone to come here for any related dental needs and I definitely will be back .“

“This dentist and the hygienists that work in the office are AMAZING!!! Sierra, the girl at the front d so, is great too! I went in for extractions and a bridge. I have quite a bit of anxiety at the dentist and had a panic attack at the beginning of the procedure. The dentist let me take a brake...two hygienists took me outside, walked me around and joked around with me and each other and totally made me feel comfortable. I'm so thankful for them. “I had one of the most productive dental visits—ever—to Jefferson Dental and Orthodontics on yesterday, thanks to the patience of hygienist Karolina. Karolina did something as simple but important as show me how a hygienist cares for her own teeth. Along with a thorough cleaning, I got a training on the correct way to floss, brush and rinse.
