As an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon in the Carrollton area who has worked professionally with this practice for 15 years, I can attest to their superlative patient care and the compassion and skill with which it is rendered. Doctors Scaggs and Penchan diagnose their patients thoroughly, recommend what needs to be taken care of and they point out what might require treatment in the future, but they do not recommend unnecessary treatments or procedures. The patients that I have treated that have been referred to me by their office are overwhelmingly pleased with the treatment that they receive there. “Dr Seidler and his entire staff are FABULOUS!!! Amy the hygienist is by the the best in the business...she is so gentle, I guarantee you will have a pleasant experience getting your teeth cleaned. Sounds crazy, but it's true:-) The entire staff is incredibly professional, sweet and friendly. You can tell they really care about their patients. I use to dread going to the dentist but that was before I found Dr Seidler. He is by far the best dentist in the entire DFW area, and probably on the entire planet.. He is absolutely AMAZING!! I have been to SEVERAL dentists in the area, and trust me not all are created equal. Most try to up sale you by telling you that you need root canals and other expensive procedures. (Heads up...These procedures are how they make their fortune, and can afford their lavish lifestyle) I have spent a small fortune with other dentists trusting they had my best interest at heart, believing whatever they tell me is needed...years later, and thousands later I discovered how they work, charging for expensive procedures you probably don't need. I guarantee this won't happen with Dr Seidler, He will do ONLY what is necessary to insure your teeth and gums are healthy for the rest of your life...without costing you a small fortune...he is extremely honest, caring and considerate, and very personable. the time will fly by in his chair. Don't take my word for it...read the rest of his amazing reviews....Do yourself a favor, if your dentist is constantly saying you need work done... FIRE HIM!!!“

From the moment I walked in was made to feel comfortable and put at ease.Angela, front desk, made me feel welcome and answered all my questions. Great person to have as the first point of contact when you walk in the office.Dez, hygienist, very sweet and professional. She put me at ease through the entire process and gave me the best deep cleaning I’ve ever had. She was also very clean and took the time to wipe and sterilize every machine after use. Very important these days.Dr. Adrian was professional yet easy to talk to. He advised me on what I saw and what needed to be done to fix them. I never felt pressured or rushed and he took the time to answer every question and concern I had.Loralie, who handles billing, was very knowledgeable and nice. We went over all my options for payment and scheduled my next visit. She is the perfect person for the job and made me feel they were genuinely concerned with my needs and not just another dollar sign.Overall, best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist and I’m looking forward to meeting the rest of the office next time I visit.
