I was searching for an affordable salon for Boho braids and came across BraidsCity/Neat Luxury Braids on TikTok. When I called, I spoke with Mama—she was so kind and answered all of my questions. My Boho braids turned out beautiful. I’m very satisfied with my experience!
I booked my 8am appointment a couple days in advance. Mama text me the evening before to request I come to her other location which is close by. She wanted to ensure with my appointment time that she had people available to start right away and that was possible at her Jupiter location. I appreciated the care to not have me waiting. Upon arrival I received warm greetings from all the women present. I confirmed what I wanted and provided my own hair (I like to soak in vinegar to avoid irritation) and they got to work! I recently went to get my hair braided by Helen. It was my first time there. The communication leading up to my appt was perfect. My hair turned out better than I expected. I paid $150, which was well worth it. I have received several compliments and I will definitely go back. Thank you
