The doctors are very intelligent, nice, and experts who know how to take care of patients. They are right on it if something is wrong, giving all the info needed. The office staff is great, and waiting time is appropriate. Doctors and nurses are very supportive in answering questions and explaining procedures. Everyone from check in to check out is friendly and professional. The doctors are personable and easy to talk to, providing a diagnosis and treatment plan. Overall, there is no better place.

I had a video visit with Dr Chan for stomach & constipation issues. Dr Chan was friendly, professional & very helpful. Asked questions about my issues--was concerned. He gave me a diagnosis, treatment plan with followup. I am very thankful for Dr Chan! The nurse setting up the video was very nice & helpful too.

I absolutely love this place, I see Dr. Sarmast. The front office is amazing and always polite with great customer service. All of the nurses are so nice and always helpful with anything. Dr Sarmast and PA I just saw are both amazing. This has been my favorite GI Dr and the best one for me. They spend time with me and answered all of my questions and concerns. He also explained the procedures and how they would work. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone needing a GI doctor.

Masooud and Reny were very professional, attentive to each input and answered all questions. They deserve the highest marks for patient service. It was a very pleasant experience and the plan laid out was clear and my expectations are the problem will be identified and corrected. I also want to make sure Dee is commended for being courteous, professional and a delight to work with. Kudos to the entire team!!!!!
