Came here yesterday, and José gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever gotten! Great customer service. He told me several times what the wait time was and that he'd be getting to me soon since I didn't have an appointment. Reasonable price for an excellent haircut, too.

Great place for a haircut with a very cool interior including couches and a pool table. Had the opportunity last Sat to take a little time and visit with the owner. Great experience learning from her about all the Navy covers on the wall that previous customers have donated.

Went to see Joyce today! (YEAH) As usual, got the perfect cut and made my day! Since I'm ex-military and balding, I'm not easy to please. Cut my own for a while, but consistency was all over the place. Went to a LOT of shops both on the Island and off, but didn't get what I wanted. Got very tired of dim-wits who want to "style". Thus, I went back to Joyce, since I know she can cut hair the way I want. I will go to Upper Cuts henceforth.
