Grady was professional and did a thorough job treating our house. He also took time at the end of the treatment to let me know what he did, and inform me about services that he thinks we would benefit from moving forward. I have been a Truly Nolen customer for years now and it brings peace of mind to know my house is well protected from pests.

We are staying at an Airbnb in Galveston, Texas. Our cottage began to smell like something may have died in the walls. As the smell increased, we notified the owner and she called Truly Nolan to assess the issue. The team showed up and did their best to find the problem but we are especially impressed by Ryan H. He successfully removed a dead animal from a hard to reach location. 5 stars from us!

Excellent service, appointments set well in advance and kept, on-time arrival, knowledgeable technicians, and the only bugs I've seen in the last three years have been dead! I will renew my contract every year without a second thought.Update: Still amazingly satisfied with this company. Their techs are amazing. They came this morning for our annual termite & rodent check, found no termites but did find rodents, and were back this afternoon for 3 hours to set traps and seal the new holes. Ryan Hughes was the lead and he was amazing. Grady Sanders came later to help Ryan (yes, they really do help each other at this company!) and also did our quarterly bug service...read full review
