Dr. Thompson was exceptional. I came in for a chemical peel and immediately felt at ease thanks to her thorough explanations and reassuring approach. She took the time to walk me through the ingredients in the peel, how they work, and what to expect both during and after the treatment. Her depth of knowledge and willingness to educate made the experience feel very personalized and professional.
