Melissa took our engagement photos on the beach in Galveston, and she was absolutely wonderful to work with. The pictures turned out amazing, and together we completely surprised my then girlfriend, now fiancée! We had some weather issues the day of the shoot, and Melissa was a great communicator and very flexible to shoot at the most opportune time to get great pictures. We ended up buying the entire digital package, and she edited our favorites superbly with a quick turnaround. We also highly recommend the pictures printed on the metal background. It catches the light in a room in a brilliant manner that I've never seen before-very stunning! Overall, we highly recommend Melissa and will definitely work with her again!

Melissa did some great work for us when we were selling our house.We were very pleased with her work.Not sure why there are some bad reviews. But, I guess some people are just never satisfied with anything.She took some great pictures of the house - both inside and outside..The pictures were posted on the real estate website and I believe were very instrumental in drawing in prospective buyers.The outside photos clearly emphasized the size of the very large lot. The inside pictures clearly showed the layout of the house and emphasized the recent improvements that we made to modernize the house.Thank you Melissa!!

I absolutely dislike my photos! I’m extremely sad by the quality of all of my family pictures. Out of all of the pictures she took (of my family) only 3-4 are purchasable. This is my families first photo shoot together and I can’t purchase most of the photos. The biggest problem was that she did not give any critique when something needed to be moved (body parts or position) to look better or better ways to face the sun so the pictures look better. The sun was too bright for a part of the photo shoot, so several of the pictures had shadows on each other’s faces. She charged WAY TO MUCH for the quality of pictures we received. Also, my children are dark skinned and you can’t see their faces properly in several pictures and she wanted extra money to do any photo editing! I understand she was working with 2 different family (group of 10) but there ain’t many pictures to choose from. My sister’s families photos came out much better. (We took the pictures at the same time as my sister and her family)—Positive- she communicated well with us about time and location and she chose a great location to take the pictures at. She was nice.

she asked us to buy soft copy of our pictures at a very high price as she was running out of space. She ended up deleting them.

Would not recommend!!! Once we paid her for the photos, she did not photoshop one of the photos as promised and never responded to our texts and emails. Very disappointing.

Very poor customer service. Once we paid her to develop the pictures, she no longer responded to texts or email of what she promised she was going to do. It appeared the photos were not edited as requested. Would not recommend.

Flew my girlfriend in to propose to her on the beach . Melissa did a awesome job taking pictures of me on my knee without my girlfriend know she was there. Then she worked with us to get the perfect engagement picture, while allowing us to celebrate the moment. She quickly turned from photographer to friend and made the special day even better. We got so many great pictures and the neat thing is that each idea from Melissa turned into a picture that expressed the love and tenderness of the moment
