Absolutely amazing customer service! After having a rude worker at UTMB optics, I went to PC Optical to order my toddler son's glasses. Even though we had an issue with insurance, they were kind enough to help me get everything lined out so my child can get the glasses he needs. 10/10 recommend! They were kind, courteous and displayed exemplary customer service and understanding.

Amazing, customized experience. Dr. Suber, PC, Lauren & Craig were all super to work with and very accommodating to a reluctant customer, Husband. He had a bad experience with TSO and has been using readers ever since. Thorough exam, great selection of frames and a wealth of knowledge shared and received. Very happy!!!
