We had an A/C issue and reached out to Mattson Mechanical. They were prompt, professional, and communicated throughout the entire service process. It can sometimes be challenging to find a reliable service provider on the island, but Mattson Mechanical exceeded our expectations. We endured "Beryl" together.... despite the storm Dewayne stayed in touch, when we had very little power.... Mattson Mechanical installed a new unit for us as soon as the power surges had stopped across the island. Despite the SEVERE WEATHER on the Sea Wall...... we are cool again, ......... (within a week of Beryl and hours of Galveston regaining power) Thank You!
