Roof re-shingle on a 1400 sq ft house on the West End of Galveston Island. Previous roof was 14 years old and still watertight but the shingles were showing increasing signs of deterioration after each of the last few significant storms, beginning with Hurricane Beryl in 2024 and progressing through the last couple of high wind events in 2025.

Outstanding work and attention to detail. Appropriately detailed and accurate quote. The agreement was signed on Friday, work began on Tuesday around noon, all roof work and clean up were finished on Wednesday around 1pm. The crew left everything clean and tidy. We've had other re-shingles done over the decades in the hail valley region of North Texas. This is our first time to need a re-roof in the coastal zone and it's also the first one that impressed me enough, start to finish, to leave a review. Highly recommended.

David at JC was a Great guy to work with.
He was extremely busy, but still tended to my needs on a small project in a timely manner.
To keep things moving, I was happy to pick up my special request. David crushed it from there.

My only concern was having materials secured at the end of the day, but that wasn't enough to knock David or JC Roofing in Galveston from their deserved top rating.

I had a small roof replacement project (about 2 squares), and this company did an excellent job from start to finish. They removed the old roof, installed new underlayment, and replaced it with 24-gauge painted white Galvalume, all for a very fair price.

The workmanship really stood out. The panels were installed straight and clean, and the flashing where the metal ties into the existing shingle roof was done correctly not just surface caulked, but properly integrated. They also used the right materials including concealed fasteners which gave me confidence that the roof will hold up for a long time from the coastal climate.

I especially want to recognize David for his care and dedication throughout the project. He was attentive, communicated clearly, and made sure everything was done right. You can tell he takes pride in the quality of work and truly looks out for the customer.

The crew was professional, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. They paid attention to the details, which is what really matters on a metal roof.

Overall, I’m very happy with the quality of the work and the value. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing metal roofing done right.

Flat garage roof. I had the roof replaced last November and recently noticed a leak. JC Inc. was here in less than a week and the Crew got it done in no time. No charge. Outstanding 😍

Fantastic company! They are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and PROMPT! I called on a Sunday and they were there Monday to assess the situation. They fixed my leak and did a full inspection while there. Very pleased with their work, explaining what needed to be done and being prompt to remedy the situation.
