“Background: I started my technical career using a slide rule and I'm not at all computer savvy so when I switched on my laptop first thing this morning and was confronted with a flurry of messages about viruses and requests for credit card info from what might or might not have been Norton and McAfee that wouldn't go away I panicked, turned off the computer and used my phone to hunt for help here in Galveston!
Galveston Computer Solutions popped up and had excellent reviews so I called and asked for an appointment asap. I was told they had a slot at 10am so off I went and by 10.15 I was heading home reassured that I didn't have any viruses and all the pop-ups were scams that would not reappear, and with the bonus of a free malware prevention program.
Could not have been better service and definitely worth 5 stars.“
