“Overall, the work they do is great. I've used their services on three occasions and all three times they've taken a broken system and brought it back to life. They even worked with us to provide a loaner on my recent repair while we waited for the ordered part to come in. I have to stop short of 5 stars, however. My friend who I was helping with this most recent repair called once daily to check in on the status and they told her to stop calling, and even gave me grief over it when I picked up the system after the repair was completed. There were other miscommunications on when the part was expected to arrive, as well, which compounded her anxiety. Despite these issues, there is one tech who works there (apologies for forgetting his name) that I've dealt with on all three occasions who is easy to work with, and I would give them my business again in the future so long as he still works there.”
