I came in for a class 3 months ago to try it out and immediately knew I would do well here. This has become my happy place. The classes and instructors are varied and all top notch. I leave each class invigorated and ready for my day. Try it, I guaranty you will find your zone and a new community of friends.

Bent on Healthy Living is the most beautiful health and wellness space I’ve ever visited - gorgeous facility, friendliest service! I experienced their salt booth and IV drip therapy and can’t wait to try other classes and services. The best spot on the island to live a healthy, fit life!

Nina is an amazing massage therapist!! She is the best massage therapist I have had, and with my back and neck issues I have had many in the last 10 years. She is very intuitive and has helped me tremendously. She also worked on my dad, who has very dense spasms in his back. He has only ever had one other massage therapist able to calm down the spasms. Nina did better then her and his pain levels improved. She is an excellent massage therapist. I am a physician and I routinely recommend her to my patients.
