I was looking for the whole experience in hair care and a salon I can rely on having moved back to Galveston recently. As a business owner myself I had some expectations I wanted and I really hoped I would find them in one place on the island. In my google searches I considered what the Salon's website's services focused on, online photos, how the stylist presented themselves, what trends the salon catered too (is this my vibe or not), how the facility looked, the qualifications of the stylist, the products being used, how they treat clients, safety & convenience in parking, cleanliness and communication. I can’t form the words for how great this place is, I moved here 2 years ago went to fantastic sams and they messed my hair up so bad I was scared to get it done again but Ryan and the rest of the staff were not only more than understanding and welcoming he did a fantastic job I can’t see myself going to any other salon in the forseeable future, I definitely recommend asking for Ryan but they all do amazing jobs, props and thank you!!
