I don’t really have anything bad to say about this company. I talked and texted the same guy on the phone and he was wonderful. He answered me very promptly and was super friendly and kind. I don’t know anything about roofs and he was very patient with me while I tried to communicate the problem. My first interactions were great! However, we were supposed to have someone out to give us an estimate. Well I never got a text or a call and 30 minutes went buy so I asked if they were still able to come.
