YoM has been my favorite yoga studio in Frisco for the past 15+ years. There is a wide variety of classes and the instructors are amazing. This studio is great whether you are just starting your yoga journey or if you've been practicing for years.

I have been going to Yoga on Main for years, and I love it! The owner and instructors are all amazing. There is a wide variety of classes for everyone and gentle instructions for modifications in every class. It is warm and welcoming and has a perfect relaxed vibe. It has become my community of health, love and support!
