Honestly overall one of the loveliest experiences ever! For the last couple years I have been experiencing scalp issues which never before dealt with. Sometimes my scalp itches so much I make myself bleed. I get told so many contradictory theories and ways to treat “oil build up” or “dry scalp” or “dermatitis” I never really know how to treat it. So in need of some TLC I come here to try the head spa and it was the best feeling ever to have someone dedicated to my scalp without damaging it more! I came here for mothers day and Linda treated me amazing. I felt so much confort and it was so worth it. I got the Jasmine packet and it was perfect cost for the service. The massage felt amazing and they also, blow dry your hair where snacks and water are ready for you. I cannot wait to come back!

Tina was wonderful! She took a lot of care to make it a great experience for me and was very friendly and personable. I have been to 17-20 different spas - some stand alone, some chains, some in nice resorts. I am also plus size and sometimes this means that I end up not being super comfortable with the robe or whatever option they have, but I will say Vivian’s is the first place that has super comfy plus size options that are actually oversized.
