We hired The Design Center last year to remodel our guest bathroom. It was a mess from the start. It took several weeks to finally get them started on demo and that went for several more weeks. After the demo it was at least two weeks before they started install. Someone would show up every two or three days and be gone before 2:00, This project extended into many weeks beyond projected date for finish. After the project was completed we found a major problem with the tub/ shower drain. It doesn’t work. We had another plumbing contractor come out and provide analysis. Apparently the plumbing is not set up properly and repairs need to be done through under ground or tear up the floor and wall tile for access. Also discovered damage to the foundation which will require 3 piers! There’s plenty more that went wrong but this should give you a fair warning. The Design Center had promised to rectify the issue several months ago but they no longer answer the phones and Frisco showroom is closed. Don’t say you weren’t forewarned if you decide to contact the Design Center..

We recently got our flooring replaced with the Design Center. They were very responsive during the whole process. The crew did an amazing job as well and we are very happy with the work. Certainly will have them work on our Kitchen design and remodel in the future as well.

I stopped in one afternoon to inquire about getting scraped hardwood floors. I was greeted by Sam who came out to our home to measure later that day. We live in a 17 yo home and was leery about the hardwoods matching up, but Sam assured us it could be done. We had the carpet taken out of our master bedroom and office and replaced with hardwood. Both of these rooms butt up to existing hardwood so it was imperative that it looked seamless. They did an unbelievable job on the floors and were done in such a timely manner. The price was amazing considering it wasn't much more than it would have been to replace with carpet. Thrilled with our results and hoping to do more projects soon.

We couldn't have asked for better service nor an exceptional experience, with a beautiful bathroom to cap it all off. Our bathroom wall tile was installed by the crews of our builder and, six years later, began detaching from the wall. We visited The Design Center, Marco heard our problem, and he immediately came up with a design and an action plan. Marco and his crews were courteous, timely, and we are the recipients of their quality efforts. Thank you to the team!!

DJ - Design Center did an excellent job designing and managing the contractors involved with the implementation. The contractors and Sam were very professional and completed tasks according to schedule. Materials are of excellent quality as was the implementation, and we are extremely satisfied with the remodel of our bathroom. 🙂
