They have no clue how to properly cut hair. I asked for 2 inches off of my 8+ inch long hair and walked out looking like I got a grown out buzz cut when I specifically asked not to cut too much off. On the night of my Senior year prom too which pissed me off even more. 10/10 do not recommend unless you want your hair cut too short.

I have to say, I didn’t think this interaction would end with 5 stars.
I visit the Gents place once every quarter, and I’ve always enjoyed a haircut, beard trim and 7 course treatment.
Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication and misunderstandings that led to a disappointing experience.
However, the way management turned everything around left me speechless. Not only did they acknowledge the problem with empathy, they went above and beyond to provide a solution. I’d go into detail, but it’s unnecessary, as they’re mitigating it internally; that level of care in customer service and management should be studied.
Also, big shout out to Macy for fixing up my beard.
