I was a member for 8+ years but it just got to be too much. What started as an upscale experience became cheap over time. It became a place where I was nickeled and dimed at every turn.
- Instead of sports, they started showing me ads for Gents Place while getting my haircut. - I'm paying $75+ for a hair cut but to get a good stylist, I then had to pay $20 extra every time. - When I decided to leave, I asked multiple staff members if I would be able to get a partial refund or credit when I cancelled. I was told they did it for other members. However, after cancelling, I was told I would get no refund.
Honestly, I use to be the biggest fan of this place but would now tell my friends to look elsewhere.

I've been a member at The Gents Place in Frisco for over 2 years now and honestly can't imagine going anywhere else. The entire experience is top tier from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is always professional, relaxed, and consistent, and the staff genuinely makes you feel taken care of every visit.
Big shoutout to Hannah at the front desk. She's always friendly, welcoming, and great to deal with. Little things like that make a huge difference over time.
