Awesome 20 min sessions with quick results. I have been attending The Exercise Coach in Frisco twice a week for the past 5 weeks and have already seen improvement in my muscle tone and strength! Finally something that works and Kevin makes the workouts fun and challenging.
I really love the Exercise Coach! They provide one on one coaching, great equipment, very clean work out area, various training equipment and a website that allows you to track progress. Kevin is an outstanding coach. I have been training with him over a year now, most recently in his Frisco location. My husband has joined me and we have a dual workout twice weekly. I feel so much stronger! Definitely will continue with our workouts!
