I had been wearing reading glasses for the last three years, and every year my previous eye doctor kept increasing my prescription. For the past 1.5 years, I had been wearing +1.75, but I was experiencing a lot of eye strain. When I went back to the same doctor, the prescription was increased to +2.00, and to make matters worse, they added an additional +0.80 for computer vision at the bottom of the lenses.
I ended up visiting the doctor three times and getting my glasses changed three times. Luckily, I got them through Costco, so I didn't have to pay extra.

Dr. Egan is excellent! She’s knowledgeable, thorough, and always takes the time to answer my questions.
Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk receptionist has been consistently unfriendly. I initially assumed she was having a bad day, but after a second visit, I had the same experience.
