The owner of the company answers the phone. Very clear and helpful estimates and discussion of pricing. The schedule was open and the movers were available. Everybody communicated and arrived on time as planned. Professional Movers very kind courteous and careful. Very reasonable pricing for local move.No damage no complaints. Customer service above and beyond. Thank you very much.
Step by Step moved us from the DFW area to Washington state and did a stellar job! They moved our possessions to storage while we looked for a new house and then the owner Rusty and a companion brought out items and unloaded it in Washington. How many companies have the owner on site for a move? Amazing!!! All of our furniture and boxes arrived cross country with no damage. When they realized they forgot a bracket needed to mount a mirror, they went to a neaeby Lowe's to get a bracket to rectify the situation. I could not say enough nice things about the movers and this company. From the start, getting the move set up to the actual move day. The crew was professional, polite and funny. Their care and thoughtfulness with my items was impeccable. Even with the extra stop at storage, the obvious care that was taken at every point of my move was above and beyond. I will recommend Step-By-Step to anyone needing to move!
