Step by Step really came in last minute and was able to execute a perfect load out for me. Rusty and Katrina were very communicative and made sure everything was good on both sides. The two movers that came made my heavy furniture look like the easiest work ever. What impressed me the most was that they have the Tetris-style ability to load everything perfectly so nothing would move around and everything would fit just right. It made my life so much easier.

Edgar and Victor made it work even on a Saturday. We had some issues with the building and the guys worked with us every step of the way to make it happen. Would recommend to anyone.

I booked Step-By-Step Moving and Delivery yesterday for a local apartment move. I researched alot of different companies before I booked this company and they exceeded my expectations. The owner, Rusty answers the telephone himself and since he was so honest and upfront about best moving practices, I decided to hire him. I especially needed help with packing up my closet so we hired him for a Move and Pack. Best decision ever.
Edgar and his crew arrived and they were fast, friendly, and efficient. It only took them 3.5 hours for our move. Thank you all for making such a physically stressful day so easy on us!!!!
